Winter Spiti 8 Nights / 9 Days

Leave from Delhi around 09:30 PM and begin your overnight journey towards Shimla. Enjoy the comfortable Volvo journey and reach Shimla the next morning.

Reach Sarahan, a peaceful Himalayan hamlet located around 7,100 feet above sea level. Enjoy beautiful views of Shrikhand Mahadev Peak and the Sutlej Valley. Visit the famous Bhimakali Temple and spend the night at Sarahan.

After breakfast, leave for Chitkul, the last village on the old Indo-Tibetan trade route. Walk through scenic orchards and enjoy views of the high-altitude river and surrounding mountain peaks. Return to Sangla for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, check out and drive towards Tabo. En route, visit Khab, the beautiful confluence of the Sutlej and Spiti rivers. Also visit Nako Lake and Nako Monastery. Reach Tabo, check into your homestay and enjoy dinner with overnight stay.

Post breakfast, visit Gue to see India's naturally preserved mummy and continue towards Tabo Monastery. Later, visit Dhankar Monastery, subject to weather conditions. Reach Kaza, the headquarters of Spiti Valley, known for its culture, cafes and cold desert landscapes.

After breakfast, visit Key Monastery followed by Chicham Bridge, one of Asia’s highest bridges. Later visit Hikkim, Komic and Langza, subject to weather conditions. See the famous Buddha statue at Langza and return to Kaza for dinner and overnight stay.

After an early breakfast, drive towards Kalpa. Enjoy views of snowy roads, mountain villages and beautiful Himalayan landscapes. Travel via Roghi Cliff and Roghi village. Overnight stay at Kalpa.

Post breakfast, travel towards Shimla through scenic mountain roads, Deodar forests and Sutlej Valley. Reach Shimla and board the AC Volvo bus back to Delhi with beautiful memories of Spiti.

Reach Delhi around 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM. The Winter Spiti road trip ends with unforgettable Himalayan memories.
